Beer & Bourbon Bicycle Tour

  • TBA Via Email Milton, Florida (map)

An annual Bikepacking tour using mostly dirt roads, pavement, and bike paths to visit breweries and distilleries in the area.

Click here to register for this event or get the route info for your own personal use.

We are so lucky to have so many unique breweries, wineries, and distilleries in our great state. Every year, I want to take a moment to visit a handful of these fine establishments and stay off the roads as much as possible along the way. It seems like the perfect idea to combine delicious craft brews and spirits with some of the finest riding possible.

This is not your ordinary pub crawl as the riding will be just as intense as the brews and cocktails. So join me, on the second annual 3-day 2-night one-of-a-kind loop.

We will visit 5 breweries and 1 distillery. Day 1, 48 miles, Day 2, 62 miles, Day 3, 62 miles. This is the estimated mileage for each day, it could be longer or shorter depending on what happens when we get out on the course.

1 month before the start the route information will be sent out, after that, there are no refunds available.

I will personally lead the ride. Your entry fee also includes custom route info with waypoints and guides. It also includes primitive camping for two nights, one passport book to collect stamps or stickers from each stop, and one commemorative patch for the ride. Tickets are limited, only 20 spots are available.

This year's version of the BBB will be on a new route I just completed that starts and ends in Fort Walton Beach that I call the Coast to Clay tour. It explores the numerous hidden trails and dirt throughways along the coast and then we deep dive into some of the finest clay roads I have ever ridden inside the Eglin AFB. The experience of long stretches of downhill and uphill roads, encompassed by vast expanses of breathtaking forests, is truly one-of-a-kind in Florida.

Once you are registered you will need to go to https://eglin.isportsman.net/ and log in if you have an account or create one if you do not. You will need to watch the safety videos and then either pay for an annual recreational permit, or three-day passes for the 5th, 6th, and 7th.
